Running a community based non-profit website takes time and effort and with running costs, namely hosting aswell as domain name renewal it does cost money.  Clonmellon.com is run as a labour of love and has been since 2003 so we could have a small prescence on the world wide web and promote our village and all it has to offer to our residents aswell as would be tourists.  Clonmellon.com does not qualify for any grants as it is a community based website.
